Proxy server.

I've got one celeron 300, 32 mb ram, computer waiting to be assigned a job. Then I decided to configure this server as a proxy server. But not a caching proxy. I want to share the connection and protect the inside users. (could be NAT).
Could you guys recommend a good website to start from?(as a guide)
or a software makes it possible to setup a NAT system?
Thank you.

NAT

Hi ,

For NATting u need to enable ipforwarding ( usually thru the /proc filesystem) and then write rules in ipchains or iptables.

Try out reading tutorials on yolinux ( search it on google.com).

Regards,
Xanthium.
