Proxy Fail over


Hi all,

Im kinda new here, anyone who can help me... I have an Ubuntu proxy server and i have 2 net connections (different providers), one will serve as a primary and the other is for backup, my question is, how can i configure my proxy server to have a fail over if the primay net goes down... thanks in advance!

I am also hving same scenario. But I am using RHEL 4 AS.
Any one tell me how to do this...
