Problem with NAT

I have in my box: SQUID, DNS.

Two interfaces:
eth0 (internal) 10.100.100.2/24
eth1 (external) 172.30.0.5/32

I want my users to use squid redirect them to port 3128 but does not work? I did some configuration in iptables but again iternet does not work from my client.

From Router I can ping local lan, public lan, internet, DNS.

I saw some configurations with DHCP but I does not want to use DHCP in my network.

any help?
