Question Problem with Apache & SOHO Gateway

I seem to have an odd problem with my apache setup...no one outside my home network can get at my web pages yet my DLINK SOHO gateway is routing requests on port 80 to the appropriate server in my network.

FTP connections to that server that originate on the internet work fine (had my brother test it from his job and my sister from her house) and I can get to cnn.com and other internet sites from that server so I know the NIC is working but anyone outside my home network that tries to hit a web page on my server (specifically bro & sis) has their browsers just sit there and spin their wheels before finally yeilding a 'PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED' error.

nmap, run from my job, tells me that port 80, 20, and 21 at my gateways 'net IP are open but yet I can't get at any of the pages on my server. All the pages and subdirectories are chmod'd so that ALL can READ.

I've got a 192.168.xx.xx network at home and apache is running on say the machine with ip 192.xx.xx.10 That machine is also running vsftp (which works just fine from within and outside of my network). My workstation is say .11 on my network and it can see my web pages being served from .10 if I reference the internal IP of the server (192.xx.xx.10) as a url. I can EVEN reference the internet IP addr that my ISP gave me (in this example 23.23.23.23) in the url and the page loads fine!!! What's up with that?!?!

I'm running just the baseline install of Apache that comes with REDHAT 8.0
configured to listen on *:80 The firewall on the server is off and the SOHO gateway will only explicitly route ports to a box. Ports being routed to the web server are 80, 20 and 21 (FTP is also running on the server)

As usual ANY help will be massively appreciated!

You could run the webserver off a strange port like 90 or something.,.. and just use youriphere:90 to access it, or redirect the domain...
