The message is saying that in line 53 of httpd.conf it is trying to
load /usr/local/apache2/modules/libphp5.so, and it is running into
problems. The first thing I would check is if the file exists and,
if it's a link, that the target of the link exists.
Next I would check the mandriva website to see if there are any
requirements for php, especialy anything related to zend. It
could be that a required package is missing.
You have installed apache from source, as I can see from the fact it's running from /usr/local/apache2
How did you install php? From source, or using your distro's packages?
You could give more details about the configure options you've used.
Anyway, (re)move libphp5.so, go into the php sources directory, run make distclean and then redo the installation.

so you don't have to write again all the configure options you used in your previous attempt
but now i have some other strange problem.
php files are not handled properly. For example-
i create a php file named helloworld.php. the code is as follows
