Print from linux using Windows Laptop

Summary : Due to being the proud owner of a canon imageclass mc190 I cannot print through linux. However I have a few things I would like to print. I have a windows XP laptop that can print.

Question : How can I setup the network so that the windows laptop will print documents that I have on my linux box.

MY setup : I have my home PC setup with to hard drives hda and hdb
hda = PclinuxOS
hdb = Arch

to cards
eht0 = onboard ieee 10/100
eth1 = amdtek 10/100

I am not worried from which distro if not both I can get this too work from, but I have been trying a few things to no avail so if you have any good ideas that could push me in the right direction I would be greatful.

Make your windows printer a network printer.

Add it to your Linux box as you would do any other printer. All you need to specify is the printer you are adding is a network printer on a winblow$ box.
