postfix: "timeout after RCPT from" errors

Hi,

I'm checking out my postfix logs and I'm seeing a lot of these messages:

Dec 21 19:29:54 cork postfix/smtpd[24266]: timeout after RCPT from exprod8mx20.postini.com[64.18.3.120]

We use postini.com for our virus and spam filtering, so all mail goes through them (although right now only incoming is being scanned).

I'm not sure if the problem is with them -- they're not responding to us, so it times out -- or if it's a problem with our server. I googled "timeout after RCPT from" but I only get two pages and not much help. Does anyone know exactly what this error is saying?

Thanks,
Jason
