Question Port Forwarding Question

Using Putty:

I have used SSH port tunnelling to bring 3389 ports from remote servers to my computer 127.0.0.1:3390 and similar, however because of a new customer, who has a intermediate firewall who we have no control over, we have run into some problems.

What I am wanting to do:

create an SSH connection on a customers computer (behind the firewall), and bring port 3389 (remote desktop, windows, (sorry)) along the SSH

The SSH connects to port 443 on one of our firewall which directs to port 22 on our "support server" (because their firewall prevents port 22 from going out)

Now because we cannot get into their systems (because of their firewall)

I want them to be able to initialise an SSH connection (using putty) that brings their 3389 port to our network which we can then connect to on our network, and view their desktop:

client computer 10.0.0.5 --> their firewall -->internet --> our firewall 443 > our server port 22 > 192.168.0.3

So what I would like to from our workstation in our office when our customer has connected is connect to 192.168.0.3:3389 and view their desktop?

I don't seem to be able to do it this way round, any pointers or assistance greatly received.

James

Make sure that they are mapping a remote port rather than a local port like you normally would.
