Port Forwarding on HawkingTech PN9235

Anyone know how to do port forwarding on a Hawking Technology PN9235? I need to set it up because I have a linux machine running apache behind the router. When I try to browse to my external ip(i think thats the correct term, its the ip address that "www.whatismyip.com" returns regardless of what machine i'm using) it brings up the login prompt for my router. I want it set up so that when browsing to that ip it brings up my linux apache machine.

There aren't any menus that say port forwarding but there are ones that say:

Internet Visible Computer: (insert ip)
Local Server List: (insert protocol, external port no., physical ip address, internal port no.)
Routing Table List: (insert destination, net mask, gateway, metric, private (yes/no))
Access Control: (insert protocol, destination port, source ip)

any ideas?

So it turns out I have port forwarding working I think... I got one of my firends to browse to the address and he said he could see the page i put up.. BUT I can't browse to the page from inside the network for some reason...

When I try to browse to the IP I get my routers web config utility login, but when he browses to it he gets the index.html file i put in "htdocs"

Anyone know why this is, and how i can change it so that i can access the page as well?
