OVH failover ip routing problem

Hi, i`ve got a kimsufi root with 2 FailOver IPs using Debian Linux. I can bind TCP Sockets to the FailOver IPs but they aren't really used. The IP header (on the destination side ) contains the primary ip as source, not the binded source ip. The binding is correct ( lsof & netstat tests at source ).

network interfaces ip configuration part:

auto eth0:0
iface eth0:0 inet static
address 94.23.163.1
netmask 255.255.255.255
network 94.23.163.0
broadcast 94.23.163.255
gateway 94.23.163.254

auto eth0:1
iface eth0:1 inet static
address 94.23.165.42
netmask 255.255.255.255
network 94.23.165.0
broadcast 94.23.165.255
gateway 94.23.165.254

ip addr:

2: eth0: <BROADCAST,MULTICAST,UP,LOWER_UP> mtu 1500 qdisc pfifo_fast state UNKNOWN qlen 1000
link/ether 00:14:2a:a5:9d:da brd ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff
inet 213.251.160.95/24 brd 213.251.160.255 scope global eth0
inet 94.23.163.1/32 brd 94.23.163.255 scope global eth0:0
inet 94.23.165.42/32 brd 94.23.165.255 scope global eth0:2
inet6 fe80::214:2aff:fea5:9dda/64 scope link

ip route:
213.251.160.0/24 dev eth0 proto kernel scope link src 213.251.160.95
