openVPN help

I installed openvpn and everything works like I want it to but if two clients connect to the server both lose connectivity it only works if one connects. How can I configure it so that no matter how many connect it'll still work or is that possible? Only way I can get more then one client to connect is if I create more then one client config

10.8.0.9 > 79.xx.xx.61
10.8.0.13 > 79.xx.xx.62
So on and so on..I have 5 Ips I can use but Ill use up my IPs pretty quickly this way

I was reading up on this and I found an article on it all I had to do was change udp to tcp and I can get two connections or more im guessing but atleast two connected but still only one will stay connected other one disconnects and when the second vpn is idle the first one will disconnect..
