i have problem of the openldap replication.

between to two openldap server replication.

master
ip address: 192.168.16.50
hostname: mail01.mynetwork.com

/usr/local/etc/openldap/slapd.conf
........
replica uri=ldap://192.168.16.51:389
binddn="cn=Replicator,dc=mynetwork,dc=com"
bindmethod=simple credentials=secret


slave
ip address: 192.168.16.51
hostname: mail02.mynetwork.com

/usr/local/etc/openldap/slapd.conf
........
updatedn "cn=Replicator,dc=mynetwork,dc=com"
updateref ldap://192.168.16.50:389


but,two servers is not working for replication.
i don't konw , what is wrong.
