OCS Inventory NG

Hello,

I have a ocs server installed in a Ubuntu machine. I want to know:

1) if I install the ocs agent in another linux machine, next time I login to the ocs inventory website in the server machine, the inventory will be automatically available? The agent is detected automatically and the results are displayed?

2) if I want to pick up the results that are in the database (the inventory results) and show them in another interface, is that possible? The idea is having another interface to manage the network, pick up the data from the OCS DB and show them there.

Thanks.
