nmbd unexpectedly dies...?

I have a basic machine in an offer I support running Mandrake 10.0. This machine is used solely for file sharing between 3 PC's in the office running Samba. The past 6 months or so it's been running without the slightest problem (much better than windows might I add!). I have rebooted a few times but other than that it's been practically bombproof.

A problem has arisen the last few days however where file sharing appears to stop. I checked the services and nmbd has stopped. According to the syslog it was due to the following error:-

reload_interfaces: No subnets to listen to. Shutting down...

I started the nmbd service and it starts to work fine again. It has happened twice in the past week. Any ideas?

Cheers
