NFS permissions issue with W2K3 R2

On a W2K3 R2 server, I've shared some directories via NFS. When I mount them on a Linux box, they appear as:

drwx------ 2 nfsnobody nfsnobody 64 Oct 21 10:42 Builds

I cannot find how to change the default permissions. I think the "right" way to do this is to give a Windows user permissions to the share and then map 'nfsnobody' to that user, but I'm not sure.
