Networking, IP addressees, ssh into VM

Dear All,

Lest assume i've opened VB with other linux distro,
and i want to connect the systems : host with VM

all runs, ive open-shh servers on both sides active,
ive checked ip addr on VM and there are 5 outputs : lo, enpOs3, docker0, lxcbr0, venthVL03FF@if7, with a lot of decription after each one

1.anything specific i should know while reading those descriptions?

2.how at glance i should know to which one i should connenct?
(at the moment i can do ssh to lo and enpOs3)

3.is there something specific behind the lenght of ip address (here named inet)
xxx.x.x.x (lo)
and
xxx.xxx.x.xxx (enpOs3)
and
xxx.xx.x.x (docker0)
which would help me in future?

Thank you!

lo is the localhost (loopback device), that is 127.0.0.1
The others may depend on how your VB configured. Probably better to read the documentation...
docker* is most probably docker related, I think that is irrelevant now.
