Spell out your words, and write clearly. Your question makes no sense.

What 'service' is not working? What are you needing to do? And "network utilities" is pretty vague...do you want to do sniffing? Analyzing? Capturing? Programming? Configuration? What???

You mentioned a few of the big ones....try Google for the rest.

Install them, and read the documentation.

Fedora, possibly something like..

yum install wireshark ntop

Would be a good idea if you learn how the Package management works in the Linux distro you are running..

My suspicion is that none of the utilities that you want will come pre-installed by default. If you take advantage of the advice elsewhere in this thread, you will realise that this is hardly a factor.

In ubuntu the package manager is named Synaptic
Synaptic has a list of all utilities in its repository and another list of all packages currently installed
you can can go into synaptics and go down the list of programs and utilities and when you highlitht the item of interest it will give yoou information about the utility and what it is for.

As such it is the most comprehensive list of programs and utilities eeasily available to you

Post your version of linus and one of the experts can tell you the name of the pacage manger
or
You can go into the menu sustem and find the pacage manager installed on your systeme
