Network/Dail up config

I have a dual booting machine that is connected a network for Internet sharing and print servers

The problem is that Linux wants to do all the Internet related stuff over the network which usually has no Internet connect except for when a windows Internet sharing computer goes on-line while it is connected to the network. So I need to configure linux to use KPPP when their is no connection on the network. Also I would like linux to share KPPP's connection over the router.

Is this possible?
