Need help to install the driver RTL8111C in Slackware 7 (kernel 2.2.13)

I need to install the driver RTL8111C in Slackware 7, but this is possible just in a kernel 2.6/2.4. How can I install this in this "ancient" kernel 2.2.13 ? Another way to install ?
