multiple default routes for dual nics

i am running rh4 with dual nics and need to have my box route to different networks with multiple default routes. have not been able to make it work yet. i just get the normal problem of only one default route being accessed. i have assigned the different networks to separate nics but the default routes are killing me.

you need to give some examples really... you can, by definition, only have one default route. if you mean somethign like multiple wildcard destinations depending on the source, then that's policy based routing, difficult and detailed on lartc.org i'm.
