"Modem on Hold" Anyone got one working??

89 views and no one has a modem that has the modem on hold feature. I guess I will keep on looking.

Does anyone have a modem that has the Modem on Hold working under Linux??

This a standard feature on almost all Winmodems but yet it does not seem to be present on any modem that works under Linux. I know that there a modem that work under Linux but none I know of have this feature .

So do you have a modem that has Modem on Hold working under Linux?
And if you do what kind of modem is it??

This feature has been out for at least 5 years and is present on modems that are old under Windows. I know with cable and DSL, that dailup modem are not big these days but still, that is all I have so I have to live with it.
