usually positive udp results are
false positives... in other words, it's normal to get a bunch of "open" udp ports when running a portscan... this is because udp is connectionless, so there's nothing that has to "come back"... most operating systems will send back an "icmp port unreachable" packet if a packet is received on a closed udp port... hence, if your scanner DOESN'T get any reply, it will list it as being OPEN... but it's actually not...
your latest scan shows every important tcp port closed... that baby is armor-shielded... LOL...
