Linux based VPN solutions?

I'm setting up a linux based VPN to link up a local store and a main office. The VPN will need to support Windows clients without too much hassle, since I probably won't be able to go on-site for the clients. The server is a dual PIII machine running Slackware 10.

So, I could use some personal recommendations/reviews.

Thanks.

have a look at pptpd . It's very easy to setup and use, plus Windows NT, Server, XP etc. come with a pptp VPN connector by default.

They come with the ability to connect to an IPSec VPN as well, and if given the choice, you really should use IPSec
