Limit sessions on LAN

Hi,
i want to know how to limit sessions on a Local Area Network (LAN). I want to create a Cyber Cafe that uses linux, and want to give to each client an username, and limit it's use by this username.
How i limit the time that they use? Eg.: 2 hours and the session is automaticaly closed

I think it will be wiser to limit session of a user on the workstation - e.g. kill his applications after he spent 2 hours on the workstation.
