Kill connection keep process??

Hi all.

How can i kill a specific connection to a service of mine without killing the service process itself?

I mean what is the fastest way to disconnect someone from my server?

This really depends on the service in question. You of course have the ability to block their traffic using iptables, but for most services, there is probably a cleaner way.
