Keep Getting Disconnected from Internet

Hello.

I'm running dual booting Mandrake 10.0 and Windows XP and am on a cable internet connection through Comcast. I'm behind a Linksys router. Well, when I'm using Linux, I keep getting disconnected from the internet (at least four times a day) and have to power-cycle my modem and router to get back on. This does not happen under Windows XP. I stay connected for days when I'm using XP. Any idea why this happens or how to fix it?
