Talking Is there a handy command line tool that will show me real time bandwidth of a system of just a single connected IP?

I'm trying to troubleshoot a POE-ip based network video recorder. What I'd like to be able to do is make adjustments on one single camera and see how that effects the amount of streaming bandwidth and then compare different settings to optimize it.

What would be very handy is to tell the system to show me current bandwidth between the NVR system and the camera's IP address. It's a headless server so command line would be best.

Any tips? I checked into ntop, iftop and tcptrack, all get me close to what I want but it also shows me a lot of other things which makes it difficult to isolate the numbers I am after.

Cheers all.

iperf3 can test network performance between two devices but it uses a client / server model. You would need to be able to connect a computer on the camera end.
