IPv6 settings extra DNS

I was given the tip to use 172.18.188.1 as a DNS server. That should allow users in China to access say Facebook.

So I go to the Network Manager, Edit connections. In the tab IPv4 settings there is a box Additional DNS Servers. I put the above url in there.

In the IPv6 Settings tab, I can only enter numbers, but no dot '.' Also I cannot paste the url in there. I can enter commas. Is this normal??

I normally use Astrill, but it has stopped working and they don't seem to want to give me any advice on how to make it work. The advice they do give me doesn't work, so I can't access simple things like youtube.
