IPv4 IPv6 And routers

First I want to know how many Routers/WANS are using currently IPv6 addressing scheme? Does ipv6 is implemented and if yes then how a ipv4 packet can communicate with ipv6 packet and vice versa? How Routers can router data between Ipv4 and Ipv6 LANS?

There's a surprising number of places using v6 already. We used to have it running, but took it down due to lack of use. A lot of ipv6 traffic is tunneled over existing ipv4 networks. NAT is typically employed for conversion (there's some built in support in ipv6 for migrating ipv4 networks).

From what i've heard the current ipv4 addresses wont run out for another 10 years. There are many places that are using v6. The linux distribution im using can use both v4 and v6 at the same time.
