Iptables rule for transmission deamon?

I have transmission installed on my home server with arch linux. How to allow access to port 9091 on which i am accessing transmission-web? Is this the right rule:
Code:
sudo iptables -A INPUT -p udp --dport 9091 -j ACCEPT
These arethe current iptables rules on my home server:
Code:
-P INPUT DROP
-P FORWARD DROP
-P OUTPUT ACCEPT
-A INPUT -m state --state RELATED,ESTABLISHED -j ACCEPT
-A INPUT -s 192.168.100.13/32 -j ACCEPT
-A INPUT -s 192.168.100.11/32 -j ACCEPT

So you are accessing it from a different machine, on the LAN?

Have you tried? What happened?
Is that home server accessible otherwise?
Is the first command executed on the server, or on the other machine?
Why does it mention UDP? AFAIK, a normal web interface would require tcp, no?
Is your local machine blocking port 9091?

How does the router figure into this?

Actually, i don't have issue connecting to transmission web interface. I thought transmission daemon will have issue connecting to peers, but i think this rule is allowing this - '-A INPUT -m state --state RELATED,ESTABLISHED -j ACCEPT'. I test it and it is connecting to peers. It seems there is no need to do anything. Sorry, for the noob question.
