IPTables in Stealth mode

I have set up an IP tables firewall. I configured it to block port scans and most incoming traffic, however I went to the computer cops website and did the port scan they offer on line, and it shows 80 and 443 open. I know with Cisco you can enable stealth mode to stop people from seeing open ports when they port scan. Is there a similar command in IPTables. I have a great setup and I consider very secure, however I would like to operate in stealth mode.

as im aware of it, stealthing ports is done by -forwarding port requests to an IP that doesnt exist-

if you can forward ports with iptables this would be what you want to do.

also iptables I believe you can specify a port, and to DROP packets from that port on that interface.

ex. iptables -A INPUT -j DROP\

although that isnt what you want to use exactly, modify it to your needs.
