iptable shareing and network prob

I useing dial-up and i try to setup my 2 pc to internet shareing.I setup my main red hat box network card 192.168.1.1

I try to use 192.168.1.2 as the gateway.But when i try to get on the internet it will not let me surf the internet for somereason.Do i need to use a gateway ip number or do i need just ip_forward to get borth 2 pc online with dial-up?

I don't understand how your network is set-up.

Does the PC that connects to the internet (via Dial-UP) have two network cards ?

If yes, one network card should get the IP automatically and the other should be static (192.168.1.1).

The second PC should have the IP address 192.168.1.2 and have the Gateway IP 192.168.1.1
