Internet Connection Sharing Problem

I use RedHat 9.0 for my internet cafe server, and my client use Window$ ME but I have problem with share my connection for my client. I can ping server from client to server ( my server ip`s 192.168.10.1) but when I try to connect to internet it doesn`t work

and I use modem on RH 9 and sis900 for network card. ("I can use internet at RH 9.0")
and I I use Window$XP as server there is no problem with ICS everything works

I try to use iptables on linux but I got error msg..

[root@server root]# iptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING -o ppp0 -j masquerade

but when I try to use [root@server root]# iptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING -o ppp0 -j MASQUERADE there is another problem shown in front me...
Please help me.. I got a little bit crazy about this

try lsmod, and post the result.
