httpd ,error num:403


hi members,
I would like to install a software like MRTG,
this software has a database as MYSQL and PHP script.
I have run httpd in my server but when I see this web page from other station ,I envisaged the http error like :Forbiden,the permission denied.
I think that the problem will solve if I change mode the directori to 755.
but the problem has not been solved.
please help me to solve it.

Are you trying to send a 403 response when you access it from anything other than the loopback address?
