htb traffic control bursting

Hey, from what I've read (here) htb burst only records negative bursts for 1 minute by default. Is there any way to increase that limit?

Here's what I'm using now:
Code:
tc class add dev eth0 parent 1: classid 1:2 htb rate 5mbit prio 2 burst 0 ceil 100mbit
