Hp Ux

OK, here is my case in detail.
The Attention led at the front of the HP UX server is flashing amber,
and this is normally refers to some failure as i know, and to remove the
flashing i have to login at the console and hit(Ctrl+b) to go the
processor service login then issue the command -sl: show logs- so the light
will disappear,,, i did this many times before,, but now the normal
login screen still exist even when i hit (Ctrl + B),, i think there might
be a problem with the COM console port or the cable, so i want to try using my networked console port???
but how can i know the IP address of my network console port or how can i assign a new IP to it???
i hope i cleared the matter,,, waiting for your help, please.
