just go to

smb://hostname

i've never used konqueror in my life, but guessed it right away... ther's no harm in just trying and fiddling... hope you are aware that you don't need to use that nasty browser for that. there's no reason to deliberatley try to have windows equivalents for everything you do under linux. just mount the shares locally and they will appear as part of your file system, so much nicer and less windowsesque

hi

smb://hostname is working but it ask me for username and password and when i give the username and password which are for Windows Domain administrator or Local System administrator it shows me the shared folders.

but when i tried to access those it gives me an error that you do not have the permissions neccessary to view the contents of "Shared". Means the Domain administrator and Local System administrator both do not have permission to access their own shares
