Any good simple tutorial?

I found some ones... and they were extremely complicated... and i am told its pretty simple.

What are you hosting - it may be simpler to use an external provider. I use www.zoneedit.com as NS for my personal stuff - they serve 5 domains for free (at least it was 5 when I signed up)

Edit - nameserving is simpler in theory than practice unless you are just running the most basic caching nameserver.
