how to serve Linux and windows shares (implementing roaming profile)

Hello,...

I'm trieng to implement a domain controller :
windows users could login to it and get there roaming profile and get there shares.

but i don't have a clue how to push a command tro samba / any other application to linux.

i 've read this but didn't found an answer.

the idea is to sync a home directory with server one.
so a simple NFS solution will not help here.
