how to ping networked box while VPNing

I have a 2nd computer in my home network (connected to 4 port router) that I can reach via "ping 192.168.2.3"

However if my main computer VPN's into my company network using my CISCO vpn client, I don't know how to connect to the 2nd computer at home, since 192.168.2.3 routes somewhere in the company network.

My question is: how can I connect to the 2nd computer in my home network when I am VPN'd into my company network?

In your VPN client settings, remove the Default Gateway setting.

This is causing everything to go up the VPN rather than use your local routing table.
You should use different network subnet numbering for each location too.
If the office uses 192.168.2.x make your home network 192.168.3.x (or anything else different).
