How to open config-network in RH 7.1
I am running Redhat 7.1 on a pentium pro and cannot run #redhat-config-network how else can I change eth0 settings?

I believe that RedHat 7.1 does not have a GUI tool for network configuration.
You will have to edit /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0
