In my office network workstations has one machine windows xp and other one has mandriva linux 2010(both are not server but connected by wire(eth0)). We can access windows xp files from linux machine using samba. But how to know what are live process(or process list) in windows machince? how to kill a windows machine process from linux machine? how to find Which is active process(or window) in windows machince?
how to view windows desktop from linux machince? - for these how to configure both machines? can shutdown windows machine from linux machine?
