how do we bypass squid proxy with wccp enabled only for certain subnets?

I have a squid server and cisco router,wccp is configured,I see wccp hello messages back and forth.
Only for one particular subnet, say 12.12.12.x to 14.14.14.x I do not want squid to proxy the connection instead just send it back as it is.

Ive tried iptables,but it didnt work

Set squid in transprent mode and set rules in iptables.

I have a requirement for keeping the squid in wccp mode.Im not very well versed with iptables,can u give me a hint on how it shud be done?
