How do I log onto a blue socket network from the command line?

My college uses blue socket tecnology to access their LAN. For those not familiar, blue socket just means that when I open my browser for the first time when im using wireless, I get directed to a page where i have to enter my user name and password.

Recently I had to boot the system without Xwindow so i did not have a browser to log on. Does anyone know of a program i can use from the command line that will allow me to log in?

Im using Fedora Core 3

Thanx in advance.

P.S. If anyone has a scrypt that will do this i would appreciate it.

lynx should do. a command line based browser.

FC3 should have it by default. if not yum download it.

Yum is the package manager for Fedora, RedHat. After you configure the repository to use, its syntax is something like.
yum install firefox
