Exclamation Hostname Chaning

Ever since I used Knoppix, my hostname has been "Knoppix."
How do I change my hostname to the real service provider (in my case optonline.net).

Right now my shell looks like:
[user@Knoppix /]$
And it's really annoying.

Wow! You hit it directly.
My /etc/sysconfig/network only said:
NETWORKING=yes

So I added:
HOSTNAME=OptOnline.net

Rebooted, and it works 100% A-OK.
Thank you very much.
