I cant get ddclient to work I am using fedora 5 and used the yum install ddclient

I then created the config file and placed it in /etc/ddclient/ddclient.conf and /etc/ddclient.

The file looks like this

I dont even know if it is automatically running or if i need to enter a command to get it running. All I know is that www.nemeciomartin.com isn't up. can you please help!!!

Have you checked in your router configuration for any settings related to dynamic dns. In mine (Dlink DI-524) I have a DDNS tab where I can set up for either DynDns.org, no-ip.com, hn.org or zoneedit.org perhaps it is similar in your router.

yes DynDns.org, but I already purchased the DNS for the year from easydns
