Question Help with miniterm.py


so when i use miniterm i want to acsses my cisco asa but i need to password reset but when i go into rommon and type confreg it does not promt me to press y it says "Do you wish to chang this configuration? y/n [n]: it defaltly presses n

is this miniterm.py if so how do i fix it
