Unhappy HELP!! ADMTek 8211 and Red Hat 9.0

I have a ADMTek 8211 wireless card that I'm trying to get to work with Red Hat 9.0, can anyone help? I am completely new to Linux so I'm a little hesitant when it comes to recompiling my own driver, but any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance
