I am getting frustrated. I am trying to get ddclient to work properly. I use ATT DSL and a 2Wire 2701HG-B DSL modem. Following is the output when I run ddclient status:

What am I doing wrong here?

do you have the WANIP on eth0 ?
if eth0 has a private ip, it will not update.

what is the output from
ifconfig
