Error while compiling and running cbq.init-v0.7.3

Hi there,
I tried compiling and running cbq.init-v0.7.3 to limit on SMTP traffic from internal LAN 192.168.0.0/24 to another LAN 192.168.1.0/24 where the gateway is located.

I using the below rule in /etc/sysconfig/cbq/cbq-0002.Limit_SMTP

DEVICE=eth0,100Mbit,10Mbit
RATE=10Kbit
WEIGHT=1Kbit
PRIO=5
RULE=192.168.1.0/24:465

however when i compile or try to start the script, I got the below error

find: warning: you have specified the -maxdepth option after a non-option argument (, but options are not positional (-maxdepth affects tests specified before it as well as those specified after it). Please specify options before other arguments.

Will appreciate any help on finding out what wrong
